Sports Concussion Management

Safely Returning Athletes To Sports

Exeter Hospital’s Sports Concussion Program is dedicated to evaluating, managing and safely returning athletes to their sport. Our multidisciplinary concussion team includes sports medicine physicians, neurologists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, certified athletic trainers and other rehab specialists.

Joseph Bernard, DO, serves as the physician leader of the program.

We follow the latest evidence-based guidelines and assessment tools to provide care for athletes of all ages and skill levels, as well as non-athletes experiencing similar injuries.
