As part of Exeter Hospital’s commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, we engage regularly with patients and their families to learn about their experiences and incorporate their perspectives into our practice.
Through our Patient & Family Advisory Council (PFAC), we gather patient feedback to help us build a deeper understanding of our community’s needs and use these insights to design programs that deliver quality results.
Become a PFAC Member
The Patient & Family Advisory Council (PFAC) is comprised of people from all parts of the care experience, including patients, family members and Exeter Hospital colleagues.
Our goal is to improve hospital services by learning from the ways patients and families interact with our programs and initiatives.
Our PFAC members:
- Share their stories
- Bring the perspective of patients, families and caregivers to various forums
- Work on projects related to improving health care quality, safety, delivery of care/services and patient experience
