Nurse Residency Program
Starting your nursing career is an exciting milestone — and we’re here to support you every step of the way. Our Nurse Residency Program helps new graduates smoothly transition into practice by blending classroom learning with hands-on experience at the bedside.
Perip 101
At Exeter Hospital, we offer Periop 101: A Core Curriculum, a nationally recognized program developed by AORN to prepare nurses for careers in the surgical environment. This six-month program combines online learning, textbook study, skills labs, and hands-on clinical training with experienced preceptors
Medical Assistant or Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) Training
Exeter Hospital is proud to offer paid training programs that prepare individuals for rewarding careers within our organization. These programs run multiple times throughout the year, giving trainees the opportunity to earn while they learn.
Upon successful completion of the program and required exams, graduates are equipped with the skills and resources needed to begin their careers as a Medical Assistant or Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) — with guaranteed employment opportunities at Exeter Hospital and Core Physicians.
