In addition to our main campus, we have several other locations throughout the region, including our medical office building in Stratham and our outpatient center in Epping. During this initial phone screen, our recruitment team will also provide an overview of the position and answer your questions.

Following this first conversation, your recruiter will:

• Share your information with the appropriate hiring manager

• Guide you through the next steps in the hiring process

The Interview Process

Following your phone screen with a recruiter, your completed resume and application will be sent to the department hiring manager for review. After reviewing your information, the hiring manager will determine if they would like to move forward with the interview process. If an interview needs to be scheduled, the recruiter will help to arrange a convenient time for you to meet with the department leadership team and even staff members.

Following the first interview with the department, there’s potential that a second, or even third interview, might be requested as part of the process. Depending on the position, the interview process might be held remotely or in-person, and a job shadow might also be requested. Throughout the interview process, the recruiter you are working with will be available to support you and address any inquiries that you might have.

The Offer

All offers are conditional upon the satisfactory completion of the following: pre-employment health screen, employment references, Sanction Check, Criminal Background check, satisfactory driving record as provided by the Department of Motor Vehicles, if required for the position, and job-specific licenses, registrations, and/or certifications.

The Reference Check

A member of the HR employment team will initiate a reference check request, and of the three references requested, two must be recent supervisors.

Health Insurance

We offer a comprehensive health insurance plan that you can choose from three medical plan options available through Harvard Pilgrim Health Care (HPHC). The plan has been carefully designed to preserve your freedom of choice while managing overall costs. The plans include a range of coverage levels and costs, giving you the flexibility to select the plan that is right for you and your family.

Dental Insurance

We offer two comprehensive dental plan options (low option and high option) available through Delta Dental of Massachusetts. Both plans offer 100% coverage for routine diagnostic and preventative care. When you use Delta Dental PPO or Premier network providers, you will have lower costs when you visit the dentist. Orthodontia benefits are offered under the high option for dependents under the age of 19.

Vision Discount Program

This program gives you access to over 30,000 vision care providers and is accepted at the nation’s leading optical retailers.

Life Insurance

Basic life insurance is provided at no cost. Additional coverage may be purchased at group rates.

Dependent Life Insurance

You may purchase dependent life insurance coverage for spouses and children to age 26.

Disability Insurance

Our disability programs are designed to provide income replacement in case of illness or non-work related injury. Different levels of coverage are available.

Retirement Savings Programs

We offer several options for eligible staff, including a 403b plan and pension plan.

Earned Time (vacation, holiday and sick time plan)

We offer a generous earned time accrual plan with length-of-service increases to reward longevity.

Flexible Spending

Flexible Spending Accounts allow you to redirect a portion of your salary, on a pre-tax basis, to pay unreimbursed medical or dependent care expenses.

Tuition Assistance and Educational Programs

Reimbursement is available for undergraduate and graduate courses. We also offer extensive educational opportunities, at no cost, in both classroom and on-line formats.

Employee Assistance Program

We are proud to offer supportive services to our employees. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is offered to all employees and provides free, confidential consultations, counseling and referrals at no cost to you and your adult household members.
