Pulmonary Conditioning Program
For patients with COPD and other chronic lung diseases, we offer a structured eight-week pulmonary conditioning program. Under the direction of a board-certified pulmonary physician, patients work with respiratory therapists and physical therapists to improve strength, reduce shortness of breath and restore independence in daily activities.
Pulmonary Maintenance Program
After completing the conditioning program, many patients benefit from continued support. Our Pulmonary Maintenance Program provides long-term, supervised exercise and education in a group setting. This program helps patients maintain the progress they’ve made, build confidence and stay active while managing their lung condition. It also offers ongoing monitoring, encouragement and peer support to keep patients on track toward better health and quality of life.
