Family-Centered Pediatric Services

Exeter Hospital's four-bed Pediatric unit provides patients and their parents or guardians with the privacy and security they need. Our rooms offer a private bathroom, high visibility from the nurse's station, and the same homey feeling that exists in the rest of the Family Center.

Our goal is to make each hospital stay as comfortable as possible for both child and parent. Parents and guardians are encouraged to stay with their children during their stay with us. To that end, we provide comfortable sleeping arrangements to those who wish to stay the night.

24/7 Access to Pediatric Care

The Family Center offers the very best in pediatric care for newborns and pediatric inpatients through a clinical collaboration with MassGeneral for Children, a nationally recognized leader in pediatric services. Pediatricians from MassGeneral for Children are available 24/7 at Exeter Hospital and assess all of our newborn babies.
