Prepared Childbirth Saturday Class

Comprehensive One-Day Childbirth Education

The Prepared Childbirth Saturday Class is taught by a Labor & Delivery nurse, who is also a certified childbirth educator. This class covers traditional childbirth education, including an overview of labor, birth, comfort techniques/medications, cesarean sections, newborn & postpartum care. Group discussions and hands-on activities include birth scenarios and practicing different labor positions.

Lunch and a tour of the Family Center are included.

This class includes all the content covered in the Prepared Childbirth Series but is condensed into a single day. Please attend class between 32-38 weeks.
